Yes. The oil base effectively dissolves waterproof mascara, long-wear foundation, and SPF. For heavier makeup, massage for a full 60 seconds before adding water to allow the oils to fully bind to pigment and film-forming agents before emulsifying.

Do I need to double cleanse after using Plum Glow Oil?

No second cleanse is needed for everyday light to medium makeup. Plum Glow Oil’s plant-derived emulsifying system — Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate and Olivem 300 — is specifically chosen to rinse without residue or film. For heavy SPF, full-coverage foundation, or long-wear formulas, a second cleanse with a gentle water-based cleanser is optional.
